We ship all products using Toll couriers and Express Post (for regional areas & PO Boxes). All courier deliveries are fully insured against loss and damage*.
*Any delivery damage must be reported within 24 hours. Please note, express post deliveries are not insured as Post does not obtain a signature for the delivery, We can only insure when shipped via a courier. Further terms & conditions may apply.

2-4 Days: All other areas
Times are approximate and can vary depending on order size and despatch location/time. Daily cut off times also apply (usually 12 noon AEST).
DELIVERY INSURANCE
Delivery insurance is included at no extra charge on all courier deliveries.
LampsExpress.com.au promises that you will receive your products in good working order. You must inspect your products immediately upon receipt. In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged as a direct result of freight, you must report it to GM Multimedia on 1300 739 131 within 24 hours of receipt.
We use accredited couriers and very rarely have any goods being delivered damaged or have any lost in transit.
If after a reasonable amount of time has past and you still have not received your product, please contact us so we can place a trace on your order. Most delays are due to the address being unoccupied or being difficult to locate. If the courier notifies us that the product cannot be found, we shall send you a replacement product at no extra charge.
Delivery insurance is not included for Express Post deliveries as Australia post do not obtain a signature. We can send by Express Post if requested but cannot be held responsible for this delivery method.
PICK UP
Unfortunately we do not offer a pickup service for our lamps, we do however offer FREE express insured delivery for all lamps over $300. |
