ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

In stock items in Australia will usually be delivered in 2-3 Days to New Zealand. Remote areas may take an additional 2 days.

Times are approximate and can vary depending on order size and despatch location/time. Daily cut off times also apply (usually 12 noon AEST).


DELIVERY INSURANCE

Delivery insurance is included at no extra charge on all deliveries. LampsExpress.com.au promises that you will receive your products in good working order. You must inspect your products immediately upon receipt. In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged as a direct result of freight, you must report it to GM Multimedia on 1300 739 131 within 24 hours of receipt.

We use accredited couriers and very rarely have any goods being delivered damaged or have any lost in transit.

If after a reasonable amount of time has past and you still have not received your product, please contact us so we can place a trace on your order. Most delays are due to the address being unoccupied or being difficult to locate. If the courier notifies us that the product cannot be found, we shall send you a replacement product at no extra charge.
